This page explains how to request deletion of your data stored

How to submit a deletion request

Email us with:

  • Subject: “Data Deletion Request”

  • Full name

  • Email used on our store

  • (Optional) Order number

  • What you want deleted/anonymized

Timeline

  • We respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

  • Certain financial records may not be fully deleted due to legal obligations; such data will be restricted or anonymized until the retention period ends.

Identity verification

We may ask you to email us from the account on file or provide additional details to verify ownership.

Third-party processors

If your data is held by payment/shipping providers, you may need to contact them directly. Tell us in your request and we’ll help route you.
